my first DPS mock up and why I changed it

This my original idea for my DPS, I decided to change it as I didn't feel it fit in with my magazines style, I also was not happy with the layout of my page as I felt it was too messy with bulky writing, however I did like the image and the way it was positioned on the page, which is why I decided to use it in my other DPS that I constructed, I like the way it finished in the side of the page making it look more interesting, doing this also meant that I could have used more space to show information on the page 

I also didn't like the colours that I was using and how the black or any other colour I chose was swamping the page in darkness, even with a brighter colour it overpowered the rest of the page and didn't look good enough for me to be happy with it 

As you can see each page is different which shows I did try to change it to see if I could make it better, but in the end i was not happy with it and decided to start again, producing what I think is higher quality, more colorful and creative DPS
